DE-ICING & SALT APPLICATION
We apply premium treated salt and calcium products to reduce refreeze and maintain traction on high-traffic areas. Minimum one-ton salt application per service.
SNOW HAULING & RELOCATION
When snow piles start cutting into parking or visibility, we haul it off-site using our dump trucks and loaders. Efficient, safe, and DOT-compliant hauling for any property size.
TIME & MATERIALS PRICING
We operate on a Time & Materials (T&M;) basis for all snow and ice management services. This approach ensures you only pay for the time and materials actually used, giving you flexibility and transparent cost control for every event.
Typical rates include:
Pickup truck with plow and salter
Skid steer with bucket or push box
Loader with pusher or bucket
Salt by the ton (treated rock salt or calcium blend)
Shovel labor (per person, per hour)
